House League Starts June 1, 2010
Back by popular demand, our very own House League will start in July. The matches for the new House League will be played on every Tuesday in June, July and August. We plan to have 4 teams consisting of 6 or 7 players each. All teams will consists of various levels of players (advanced, intermediate and “up-and-coming”).
We are very fortunate that Aurora Drapiza has volunteered to help us organize this event again. Aurora has wealth of experience in running various organized tennis events. One thing we need is to appoint a captain for each team. As you know the team will not function without a captain. It will be greatly appreciated if you would volunteer for one of the captain positions. The most important thing that the captain has to do is to arrange the line-up of players and record the score at the end of the matches each week.
Please email me at President@agincourttennisclub.ca if you are interested. First come first server, the spaces are limited. The deadline for the entry is May 26, 2010.
